Your documentation
Clients are responsible for supplying complete, accurate and timely documentation, information and required authorisations. Delays caused by missing, inaccurate or late documentation remain the client’s responsibility.
When timelines begin
Processing timelines start upon receipt of all complete and accurate information required for the job. Outstanding documents or corrections may delay processing; timing will be confirmed for the agreed scope.
Third-party decisions
Rebates and grid approvals are determined by the relevant third party. SolarLink VIC does not guarantee third-party approval or third-party processing times.
